Composite® 复合管采用自我知识产权技术,以可燃气为热源,透过加速/加压过程,将镍基,钴基或铁基合金粉末喷覆于基管的内壁表面,形成所需厚度的被覆层。涂布后的钢管再以高頻感應進行1000℃以上的加熱,使涂层燒結緻密,均勻析出微細硬質顆粒,並使塗層与基管之间建立高強度冶金式结合。Composite® 复合管可以加工的鋼管长度大于10m,内径小于20mm。可同時滿足高抗磨,強耐腐雙重需求,在含H2S、CO2、Cl等多种腐蚀介质及高温、高压、高磨耗环境下具備长期使用壽命,达到延长换管周期,保证安全运转及連續生產之目的。
Composite® bimetal tubes produced by our own self-intellectual property technology, using combustible gas as a heat source, through the acceleration/pressurization process, the nickel-based, cobalt-based or iron-based alloy powder is sprayed onto the inner wall surface of the base tube to form a coating of the desired thickness. The coated steel tube is then heated at a high frequency induction heating coil in more than 1000 °C, so that the coating is fused densely, fine hard particles are precipitated, and a high-strength metallurgical combination is established between the coating and the outer base tubes.
Composite® bimetal tubes can process steel tube in a length greater than 10m and in an inner diameter less than 20mm. At the same time, it can meet the multi-demand of high wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance, and has a long-term service life in a variety of corrosive media including H2S, CO2, Clˉ and high temperature, high pressure and high wear environment, so as to extend the tube change cycle and ensure safe operation and continuous production.
